Oversees service delivery and ensures person-centered plans are implemented effectively and consistently.
Provides hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. DSPs assist with daily living skills, community engagement, and the implementation of positive behavioral and life-skills strategies in alignment with each individual's Person-Centered Plan and goals.
Supports scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination between individuals, families, and service providers to ensure services are delivered smoothly and consistently.
