Supported Living Services
Supported living Services provide individuals with the opportunity to live as independently as possible in their own homes or community-based settings, while receiving the support they need to succeed.
Services are designed to promote independence, stability, and active participation in everyday life, while respecting each individual’s preferences, goals, and choices.
Support may include assistance with:
• Developing and maintaining independent living skills
• Household management (such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation)
• Budgeting, money management, and daily planning
• Community integration and social participation
• Support with routines that promote health, safety, health, and personal well-being
Services are delivered using a person-centered approach that emphasizes choice, self-direction, dignity, and long-term independence.
